Activation, knowledge and mediation modules:
The duration of the individual modules is adapted to the needs of the respective groups and can therefore vary from group to group.

• Onboarding - JC_Information
  Passing on important information about the project and carrying out the talent check (practical tasks - basic education, logical thinking, concentration, etc.)
• Activation module #let's do it:
  Arrival - Activation - Vocational orientation
• Knowledge module #get to know:
  Preparation for the EPSA (adult-oriented) compulsory school-leaving certificate in German, maths, English, vocational orientation and electives
  Intensive exam preparation
• Placement module #get_your_job:
  Active job research, application coaching (CV, letter of motivation, job interview), taster days/internships

Trial modules:
Action-orientated getting to know/trying out different jobs/tasks in the areas of catering/tourism and IT, technology, sustainability. Opportunity to try things out, gain new impressions, check personal suitability for the job; improve social skills, cultural techniques, etc.
